Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about fitting to figure out your size. This may help you avoid any inconvenience in terms of exchanging your purchases. We will happily accept exchanges for items that do not fit correctly or that are faulty and swap them for the right size and model if available. We work on a five working day exchange policy for items that do not fit, AND meet the following criteria:
1) Items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging
2) Items must be returned with original tags intact
3) Items and original packaging must be unmarked and not defaced
If you're not happy with the texture or color (or any aesthetic aspect) of a product you've purchased, unfortunately we cannot accept that as a valid reason for exchange.
Before returning your purchased item for exchange, please email us (email@example.com) explaining what you are returning and why.
All items for exchange must reach us within five working days upon receipt of the item and subject to availability.
Returns must be sent back to us within five days (local customers) and fourteen days (international customers) upon receipt of delivery.
How to return your item:
1) Fill out the Return Form
2) Please send your return back to use within five days (local customers) and fourteen days (international customers) of receiving it.
3) Send your package via traceable methods.
4) Please make sure that the items returned are clean and in perfect condition with original tags intact.
Flips is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are sending an item in exchange for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. Free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange, any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely the customer's responsibility in full, where you pay all forms of shipping.
No fuss returns:
If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit your bank account via direct deposit or Pay Pal where you can withdraw the funds. In such cases, please ensure that the product is returned in clean and unmarked condition with original packaging, tagging intact and accompanying documents.
Other return terms:
If a product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. In the case that we have no more stock of a faulty item we will award a store gift voucher. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box or packaging inside another box.
All products MUST be returned with receipt and original tags attached. Please send items with a track and trace number so it won't get lost in the mail.
On Sale items:
Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items (but if it is faulty we will do our best to help you). Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have questions before you buy.
