The prevailing methods for local delivery are:
1) Standard Domestic shipping (2-3 working days from order collection by a local logistics company
We are currently using Qxpress Smartship on all international deliveries. Standard shipping time is between 7-15 working days, subject to:

Estimated shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Flips™ is satisfied with the integrity of the order. When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number of the item(s) and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
We will be introducing a courier service for selected international territories very soon.
All international purchases with Flips do not include your prevailing DDU, duties, VAT or taxes. If your customs office impose these additional charges, you will need to clear them independently with your customs office and Flips is not responsible for your local import duty charges. As we do not know of these fees upfront, we will not be able to advise you of them at the point of checkout. Please check with your local government customs office if you are unsure about these charges and want to avoid unexpected charges.
Please make sure that the information provided in your checkout is correct. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in parcels being returned to us and result in a non-delivery or late delivery to you. Please note that orders that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided or abandoned by your local postal office, for whatever reason, will only be resent to the customer at the customer’s expense.
